Two Day Retreat
A welcoming back into community…
Two of the biggest pieces of honing our skills as providers of Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy is accumulated experience and community support.
We all felt the yumminess of connection in your training. Our aim is to provide an ongoing space for new KAP therapists to:
Receive first hand experience with ketamine
Grow your confidence as a sitter and facilitating integration
Accumulate increased understanding of the breadth of experience from your fellow journeyers
Foster community support and connection

2-day retreat including one IM KAP experience and one sitter experience

Welcome to Agua de Oro
Our training venue is located in Agua Dulce, east of Santa Clarita at the heart of ranch country, backed up to hundreds of acres of open space. Agua de Oro is a private retreat estate with a large journey space, jacuzzi, outdoor meditative spaces, nature trails and the quiet, open sky. We are excited to share this sanctuary with you.

Planning Your Trip
After registering and paying the $200 deposit, you will receive a welcome packet to complete your registration, including directions, a packing list, detailed schedule, liability waiver, and medical intake forms.
For those traveling from out of town, we offer early arrival lodging and food for an additional $100 to be paid upon arrival.

Safety
We ask that you take a COVID rapid tests on Friday before arrival. Please be cautious about your exposure for the 5 days leading up to the retreat. It is up to you to make choices regarding your participation that are right you and your health.
Cuisine
Vegan home cooked meals and snacks will be provided, including Saturday lunch for non-journeyers, Saturday dinner for all, and Sunday breakfast and a light lunch before departure. Please eat breakfast on Saturday before arrival. For those arriving early on Friday evening, dinner and breakfast will be included.
Sleeping
All room are shared with 2-3 other attendees. If you have any sleeping needs, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you.

Payments & Deposits
A non-refundable $200 deposit is due with your registration. Registration is not complete without deposit. Full tuition payment, minus the $200 deposit, is due by 4 weeks prior to the retreat start date. After your registration, we will send you a breakdown of your final payment. Tuition financing is available upon request.
In service to our support staff, if there are not at least 7 people registered for the event by March 1st, we will reschedule to a later date and refund deposits in full.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your participation, you will receive a full refund if we are notified at least 4 weeks prior to the start of the retreat, and a partial refund (50%) will be given if notification is given in under than 4 week of start date. Cancellations within 2 week of the retreat start date forfeit all of the tuition fee. We are unable to transfer tuition payments to a subsequent retreat in the event of any cancellations. Please understand that cancellations impose a burden on our staff.
Waitlist
Retreats will be capped at 10 participants. We will have a waitlist for any cancellations. If you are not able to attend this retreat, you will have priority registration for the following one.
